To the outside world, Cody Banks (Muniz) seems like any other normal teenage kid. He loves skateboarding, hates maths and usually ends up acting like a total idiot around girls; giving his family and friends no clue to his secret – that he is actually a junior member of the CIA! He is living every young boy’s dream, as he gets to drive amazing stunt cars, has a vast array of cool and exciting gadgets and his mentor, Agent Ronica Miles (Harmon), is absolutely gorgeous.

When given his first assignment, he is initially very excited. However, he becomes very nervous when he learns it involves befriending high school dream girl Natalie Connors (Duff) in order that he can spy on her father, a scientist who is developing a powerful fleet of Nanobots, that are capable of destroying the whole planet. Despite the CIA spending $10 million on training Cody, they didn’t teach him how to talk to girls, and it appears he might fall at the first hurdle. On their first meeting, Natalie dubs Cody a waste-of-space following his stuttering and the dumb questions that he asks, prompting Cody to realise this assignment might be far more difficult than he had first envisaged…
